Arlo Vol 2. Outfit Concepts

The design of him personally isn't what I'd call the final, but I'd like to shakeup his look while committing to 60's fashion and themes a bit more. As a sneak peek for Vol 2, he's quite the trouble maker, but am uncertain of giving him color tropes (black equals bad boy, white is pure innocence).
Personally, #1 was my initial thought, but I think #9 is growing on me the most, but they all have their charm and worth. Feel free to voice your opinions, cause I'm always listening. :D
