Secondly, you can't call him moss head we all know that's Zoro's nickname. But, it's not his fault he attacked the train he just heard about how trains would harass you and took it into his own hands. But, yeah you can certainly feel that this train(ing) accident is only the start of something big. Can't wait for you to see it.

So any incidents involving them are covered up, thus the train being reported as an accident with no witnesses and the regular police being prevented from investigating it.
