2022-12-29 23:07:18 +0000 UTCA little mistranslation the subs had, Bell doesn't say "It belongs to me", he says "This vievure is my prey, keep your hands off it". Without Ais' explanation the former would've been an outright giveaway that hes protecting her, and he would've been vilified instantly.

All of their familia members shown in this episode are level 6, although individuals within the same level can have different strengths based on their skills and experience. Ais for example specializes in speed which is why she was able to take off Asterius's arm with her surprise attack, but struggled once he focused his attention on her. Given that Asterius was able to fight off multiple level 6's at the same time means he's probably around level 7 in strength (or peak level 6). Shows what happens when you take the high natural strength of a monster and combine it with intelligence and weapons of humans.

2022-12-29 15:58:28 +0000 UTCI think I praised the battle sequence last episode where Dix was fighting Lido and Bell right before Bell argonauted him into the wall but this episode also had the Minotaur vs Loki familia which was pretty amazing as well

2022-12-29 15:01:11 +0000 UTCOne thing Iβve NEVER seen this series praised for is the fights, they are amazing, their animation is never demon slayer level but itβs always good and thereβs high level choreography every time, just off the top of my head thereβs: Bell Vs the Minotaur, Bell Vs Aisha both times, all of the Goliath battle,the entire Dix fight, the Loki familia vs Asterius and a lot more to come Bell vs the Minotaur in season 1, in particular is to me one of the best fights in anime just with its impact and set up (and also because of how cool it was seeing bell cast fire bolt INSIDE someone to blow them up, that was so metal)
