The guy with the eyepatch is Shinsuke Takasugi. He, Gin, and Katsura were best friends as kids, but now he’s a terrorist. Not a moderate freedom fighter like Zura but a “burn the world, ends justify the means” terrorist. He was the true mastermind behind the Benizakura arc and Shinsengumi Crisis arc.

2022-10-23 00:31:11 +0000 UTCYeah Yamazaki is ridiculously high, I don’t know how he placed 9th because he doesn’t get much screen time and when he does he’s usually the butt of a joke. Also you might not remember this person but the character who placed 4th is Shinsuke, he’s the main villain of the series. He’s barely gotten any screen time yet he’s unexpectedly high. I actually feel bad for Shinpachi because he’s such a great character and he’s a pretty badass character for just being in the sidekick role. I think because he’s the “straight man” when it comes to lots of the jokes that is what keeps him from going any higher.
