Watched the first episode last night (didn't have time for anymore, I plan to watch more tonight), first impressions the new rookie is a cunt. Even Ginoza wasn't that much of a prick at the beginning. Even if he tried to distance himself from them professionally, he valued their opinions/expertise and I don't remember him ever using any of them as a human shield. Also Akane made the right call here she's talked newly made latent criminals down before. (Hell, she did it in the first episode of the last season). He did wound, possibly kill one enforcer, but in Sibyl's eyes that clearly doesn't count for much. Can't wait to see where this new season's villain goes with his plan. Though I gotta admit that was a bitch move drugging the inspector and then using her biometrics to shoot the enforcer with the dominator.
