Also this episode being posted today with Goku going ape is kind of poetic with the latest dbs chapter heavily involving Bardock and the saiyans.

Seriously, though, Jackie Chun's final lightning attack reminds me of the Spirit Bomb, referring to how long it takes to charge and the opposition not doing much to stop the attacker.

2021-10-20 13:23:43 +0000 UTCAll in all, this tournament shows why i prefer Dragonball to Z. They focus far more on imaginative fights and fun. I kinda feel that after a certain point, Dragonball Z becomes all about raw strength, throwing planet destroying punches and energy beams. It is also why i loved DBZ post cell as it kinda went back to that for a bit.
