It seems like you are doing your very best to communicate with him. Joe is clearly going through something and he doesn't want to let you in on it. It's important that you do your best to be patient with him and let him know that you are there. But at the same time it's important for him to know that his actions have consequences and they affect you. Because you love him so much.

Timing is everything with communication, the "right" time, the "wrong" time. We all are communicating with you Song at "this" time. Let Joe know you want to talk about, and see if allowing him approach you about the subject works best. And if not, working on yourself to be patience through this and build your strengths knowning it's not you. This is not your battle, and I see you love Joe. Let work it out, and he'll come to you. The hardest doing is doing nothing because you can't change Joe, but you can show love and support, as you grow and take care of yourself.

I think there is no talking to him about this until his cycle is done or is at a different stage. After is reasonable again is the time to have a serious discussion about the future and future cycles. You might decide you cannot live with him when he is doing them or maybe you both agree to different "rules" when he is. Either way I don't think productive conversation can come right now when he is too influenced by hormones.

I'm afraid for you, Steroids can cause fits of rage and violence. Nobody worries about it until it's too late, but that's what I'm genuinely concerned about. You need to take care of yourself first.

The steriods may be heightening his mood but it might not be the only/root issue Joe's facing. He could be stressed from work or facing some internal issues after finding your porn but it never helps presuming you know the reason he's behaving irregularly. Even though i don't like steriods myself, you still have to respect Joe's or anyone' s decision to take them. It's their choice and talking as if he's wrong or has an addiction will just belittle him. Just take time for both of you to breathe Hope you both work through this ❤️

Let him some time to breathe and get back to you when i'll be ready 😊 sometimes we have bad time without a particular reason... Be with him be supportive and don't try to talk it's useless. Love don't need words sometimes ♥️

Please be patient with him and also with yourself ... it is not easy to tackle this problem and nothing can be solved easily. Try to persuade him, again, gently after a couple (2) of days for both of you to cool down ... Maybe you don't know enough about the pitfalls of steroids use; neither does he, Joe isn't a medical professional ... he should seek professional help if his symptoms persist; again you could only persuade / encourage him to seek help ... Why not just steal is steroids or switch them out for a practice solution for nurses it looks the same
