She should have her own even in the location list. If it's not showing up you may need a fresh install of the game. Don't overwrite the folder if on a desktop. If on mobile be sure to back up your saves with a file explorer.

2021-08-05 18:14:53 +0000 UTCSo Stella doesn't appear on older saves and you have to restart from anew? Because I've went through each area trying to trigger her event on my main save and never got it but she's always spawned on a new save.
