And I noticed two very big things, thou I hope get mentioned. First mcgonagall drinks gilly water when they all come into the three broomsticks. Which means gillyweed is likely a common plant in the wizarding world, if they are using it to flavor water which makes the fact that harry and the gang can't find anything on it even more crazy. The second is fudge states that Voldemort attacks berly a week after the fidelius charm was cast. This means that when Lilly writes her letter, they may have been in hidding but not under the charm yet. And Voldemort didn't delay in attacking. Also it explains why no one not even Dumbledore knew Peter was the secret keeper. There hadn't been time to tell anyone yet.
