I really enjoy the studio recordings, and I enjoy the vibe between you and Ben. It feels so much more like a cozy chat. When you do the live shows the vibe is different and the noise is distracting. The audio is not as good, and there is no set to help create the scene. It does not draw you into the magical world like it does when you use your studio. I'm sure the live audience finds it enjoyable because they get to see you. How do you feel about using the live shows for q and a sessions to interact with the audience directly? Everyone would enjoy that I think, and the mood of TTGD is not disturbed. Sorry to be so long - I appreciate you doing the TTGD regardless of what you decide. Thanks!

2024-08-08 05:47:13 +0000 UTCHey, I am not sure, where people post their reviews of the podcast, but I was just listening to book 1 chapter 12 and don't know how else to share this thought with you. Since you were talking about how it was kind of convinient, that Harry just happens to stumble into the room with the mirror of Erised, I thought that maybe Dumbledore stored it in the room of requirements. Since the room takes on any form, that the user needs it to have, it would be secure from Quirrel bc Dumbledore needs the mirror to not be discoverd by him. He also needs Harry to find the mirror, while Harry is running away and is therefor in the need of a room to hide in. That way the room of requirement would probably just naturally appear for Harry and it is looking like an empty classroom to not raise further suspisions for Harry. I think, that would be quite clever of Dumbledore and definately more save than just storing the mirror - including the stone! - in a random classroom. Anyway I love your podcast and I am looking forward for the next episode (I just started ist yesterday, but hey I'm almost finished with book 1! :D )
