As someone in the Marauders fandom, the idea of Sirius coming out of the cabinet as Harryβs boggart makes me crazy. The emotions that Lupin would be feeling πβΌοΈ

Fudge was vice minister for magical catastrophies or whatever the phrase was exactly in the English version. Itβs βstellvertretender Minister fΓΌr Zauberkatastrophenβ in the German version that I am the most familiar with. So he was not yet minister at the time of the Sirius not killing Peter incident. Fudge tells the reader this information in when the teachers and him talk to Rosmerta from the 3 broomsticks about how Sirius is HPs god father and how he was one of the first to arrive at the scene because of the role he held back then.

Itβs the most effective and simple, all you need to do is literally follow the recipe exactly. The trick is to keep checking the instructions each step rather than attempting to rush through it.
