Tour started!! First Backstage Pictures

Hello me Hearties!

Our beautiful ARMADA tour finally begun and I can tell you it's been an amazing start!! We played the firs 4 shows and had a wonderful time each time!! We start to get used to the new setlists and to the new show which implies more props and more care in regards to stage moves than before!

2 setlists because we would like to be able to present a lot of the new songs from "Pirates II" and unfortunately we can't really play a 2-hour show (yet!), especially on a tour like this! We would need more days off haha!

But with these 2 setlists we're able to make a slight change and bring in more songs. Like for instance............"Where the Sky and Ocean Blend"!! Yes! We played it live last night in Prague for the very first time! We really enjoy playing this song live, it has a great dramatic vibe and the audience seemed to have enjoyed it very much as well! So it's now officially part of the new show! We're going to practice one more new song, never played live and we could make one last change to one of the setlists!

It's crazy to see so many people already knowing most the lyrics from our two last albums, even from non-single songs like "Collide" or "Magic of the Night"!

We are amazed by the passionate response we've felt and by the great attendance we had in Budapest! 560 people! So far, this is the biggest headline show with paying tickets that we've ever played! It will be topped during this tour (Tilburg and maybe Lyon!) but it was so enjoyable to share our music live with so many sailors!

We had two very intense production days before the first show, in order to put everything together: light, moves, sound, in-ears, props, new crew...! Now we're resting on our first day off, in Warsaw. I can't wait to play this city tomorrow because I remember a very very intense crowd last time we played Poland! So I'm looking forward to another passionate, high-energy moment!

I'm so happy on stage with VOA, I can express myself, have fun in a way that I always envisioned for this band: a metal show flirting loudly with the musical world, something bigger than a regular show, because our music is more than sound, it's also a complete visual universe we needed to create and expose to the world! The visual part is very important and now, finally, our live show is also very strong on this aspect!

Dushi is streaming it every night for those of you who won't be able to attend a show on this tour!

Also, to my North American Sailors, we might make an important announcement next month!!

Now I go to out for diner, ramen is the plan and it will feel soooo good!

Thanks to those of you who already attended a show of the ARMADA tour!! And to the crazy ones who have planned to come many times (you know who you are ^^!)
