Hey Knox, been thinking about you and sending strength to your Mom. Immediately when you shared your news I thought what songs can we send him to either cheer you up or distract you or a song that relates to what you’re going through? Cuz of course music right? It’s so therapeutic. I’m a big Taylor Swift fan and truly believe she has the most relatable lyrics and songs that could help anyone through just about any situation. 2024-06-26 20:20:27 +0000 UTCOne of my cousins (well technically 1st cousin once removed) just did 6 months of chemo. She taught at a school, she was able to work part time through it all - of course she had really bad days but she had a strong family to support her. She is past that and now in radiation with surgery coming up soon. I hope all continues to go well for your mom. To change your title slightly - 'She has the best of herself' in you helping her out.

2024-06-26 19:18:07 +0000 UTCFrom what I remember with my mom, the first day is find. They gave her drugs to keep her from reacting. Like a Benadryl. It was the next few days that she was miserable when that stuff wore off. That lasted about a week.
