Cyberpunk is my favorite genre - the game is fun but my real thrill are post apocalyptic fiction. I predict "2084" will be in the movie adaptation of Knox Hill's first novel turned screenplay.
2022-12-09 17:49:25 +0000 UTCWow, what a great reaction, you really dived into the song and I greatly enjoyed watching it. ^^ And holy moly, I had quite a few "wait-for-it"-moments whenever you mentioned something I knew would be part of the song. Simply great. And yes, Cyberpunk (the game as well as the genre) isnt just cool augmentations and an advanced virtual space, it is based on consumerism and capitalism... turned to 13 or 14. Mega-corporations have influence on every aspect on your daily life and while there are politicians, you can always bet on it that they are in cahoots with one corpo or another. Arasaka itself is one of the leading corporations in the world in the game and one of the main factions, with influence everywhere so it is a fitting background for this song. And oh boy, they are not the good guys, I tell you that. As for the video quality, Stupes comes from an video animation background (10 years experience or so) and makes most videos by himself, with one assistant for the camera and oh boy, he always goes the extra mile for details and presentation. Which shows as you have noticed. ;) As always, thanks for the reaction and stay safe everyone.
