Late to this but this is a really great show, which only gets more mature as it continues. Defined many UK childhoods!

Sarah jane such a strong character and is considered undoubtedly the best doctor who companion throughout the whouniverse!! Luke might remind you of eleven in stranger things in terms of his personality at the start so you'll find it interesting on how is character progresses Maria as well such a reminder of rose or martha how she always intrigued to the danger and aliens with sarah jane like Rose and Martha was to the doctor. Due to licensing rights k9 won't be a regular on the show but will be reoccurring but sarah jane has got Mr Smith - the super computer and a sonic lipstick Alot to look forward too!!
