This was a solid opener and I'm happy they were able to get their revenge and subdue Klaus' suffering, but I do feel it was a bit of a letdown after that solid season finale 1 twist of Francesca being a Guerrera werewolf and stealing the moonlight rings for herself and her pack for her to be taken out in the very first episode. The uber werewolves took out dozens and dozens of vampires in the season 1 finale and they seemed to be nowhere the same threat in this episode. I had hoped for a power struggle between the Mikaelsons and Guerreras that would have lasted until at least the 7th or 8th episode where most of the first chapters of a season typically end. I also really enjoyed the actress who portrayed Francesca and wanted to see more of her.
