Let me tell you a little about my art journey so far~
I have loved art all my life. As a child I was always gifted art supplies for christmas and my birthday. One of my earliest art accomplishments was winning a Picasso-style self portrait contest when I was 8 years old. I was a traditional artist all of my life, however being a highschool student I was struggling to keep up with the costs of producing traditional art - especially when large scale paintings were my favourite thing to do. That changed early 2020 when a friend convinced me to try out digital art. Until this point my only experience drawing digitally had been on my ipad 8 years prior with my finger a few times haha. I now had a way to combine my lifelong love for anime and art. It wasnt until the latter half of 2021 when i started to be more consistent with drawing digitally. I now draw at least one illustration a week! I am lucky enough to have the time to work on commissions and other projects in between this also. Roughly 7 months ago I started streaming my art on twitch and have never looked back. I have met so many amazing, inspiring, lovely individuals who fuel my passion for not only art but life in general.
In just the past year that I have been taking my art more seriously I have made so much progress and felt such joy which really inspires me to pursue my lifelong dream. For the first time I look forward to my future and what awaits.
