UNCUT | Blue Velvet (1986) Movie Reaction

I'd completely forgot to schedule things during my plans. Those start with this! Again, this was one of those dreaded "mis-hap" recordings, so hopefully all is okay!
This was such a wonderful, but slightly strange film at times (which I loved) and I think you'll really enjoy it, if you haven't seen it already. Plus, it's by the incredibly talented late David Lynch.

In a way, the “Kyle MacLachlan gets in over his head solving a sleazy mystery in a ‘perfect’ small town” plot was really Lynch’s first draft for his Twin Peaks series, if you haven’t reacted to the first season yet. (It jumped the shark on the second season without him, but the first is TV history.) There are differences, but Peaks plays like Blue Velvet: the Series.
