Now that we have some practice at looking at three times when we bought into our limiting beliefs and feelings. We can take the time to clear the air and forgive ourselves for buying into any notion where we believed we were less than, flawed, lacking, incomplete, or time-bound. Doing work like this sets the stage to change your mind. Change your mind, change your life:)
