Marbles race - live stream!!

Welcome to another Marble Cinematic Universe (MCU) video!  In this edition of "Win all the Marbles" are you the winner?

Here is a link to the live stream:

(If you want to skip to when the Marbles race starts, click here!

I also have a couple of things to unbox, so if I can remember, I'll unbox them on stream :)

This is where those in the TV Series Tier and up have a chance to win a movie request.

If you don't want to watch the video, that is perfectly fine!  If you win and you do not want to request a movie, you can pass, or you can say something like "Vero, I trust your movie judgement and would like you to choose a romantic film that was released in 1919".

WINNER: Jonathan Spahn!!

Feel free to DM me on here, or comment in the comments below what movie you would like me to watch, and upon approval it will be immortalized in an Excel spreadsheet.

I look forward to seeing what you choose!

Tune in next month for your chance to Win all the Marbles! 🤩

I hope to see you there!!

Thank you, I'll note it down, and put it with the other suggestions I get. I'll probably make a post for theme suggestions specifically

Yeah the DVD is the Charlton Heston version of Ben-Hur, which is the version that I would want to watch. I know there was one made recently, but wasn't too well received it seems. I didn't know Jamie Lee Curtis was part of a famous family, I keep being surprised by how many people have famous families!

You asked for suggestions for a theme for your poll: how about "Movies that take place in November or have 'November' in the title". Ask the Patreons for titles to put in the poll.

No spoilers: - There are a bunch of versions of "Ben Hur". The best known/best liked/critically acclaimed is the 1959 version with Charlton Heston and Jack Hawkins, which has a very famous scene. It is on the AFI Top 100 Movies Of All Time list. The DVD looked like it was this version. Yes, it is long, but don't let that put you off, it is very good. There is a built-in intermission if you need to take a break while watching. I watch it every year, for 2025 I suggest watching it at the end of April. - "The Black Stallion" has a very young Elizabeth Taylor. - The actor on the cover of "To Catch a Thief" with Grace Kelly is Cary Grant, another big name at the time. For more of him, I would suggest the 1959 comedy "Operation Petticoat" with Tony Curtis (Jamie Lee Curtis' father), where Cary Grant is the 'straight man'.
