YouTube Unfairly Removed My Video.
Added 2024-11-18 08:13:53 +0000 UTCYouTube recently took my video down, TWICE, for going against sexual or nudity guidelines for me saying "You looked grumpy and I was shy to say hi," and rejected my appeal. When I talked to their support, all I got was "sorry, we can't tell you why or how or what caused this and no sorry we can't take another look and no sorry we can't put you in contact with the review team". Very fair. I tried to contact @TeamYouTube on Twitter (here's my post https://twitter.com/Lunacelynn/status/1858419298512912561?t=Dq8bie-egiucBxIdNPaWCg&s=19) but obv I don't have a following there. It is incredibly frustrating and I am constantly worried that the next video of me just saying hi to the listener is gonna get taken down and I'm gonna lose my channel, especially when there are videos featuring naked women licking their hands for "ASMR" on YouTube and they get no sexual or nudity warnings. I am at my wit's end.
So, due to this, I won't be able to make content on YouTube for a week. Thank you for your patience. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll head over to my corner and scream to the void.

And you’re 10000% right about there are people naked posting “ASMR” and yet they don’t get the same punishment as normal asmr creators. I’m sorry this happened to you and it sucks because regular creators gets banned. YouTube’s rules and TOS are extremely unfair
