2024-09-10 22:57:34 +0000 UTCI don't want to backseat game you guys, but Inconceivable is hard and I want you guys to succeed. So here are some Gears tips. 1. The Overkill shotgun fires when the trigger is pressed AND released. And the faster you fire it the larger the pellet spread is. When an enemy is in your face you should absolutely fan the trigger and shred them because the pellet spread will be VERY wide. But you can get much better range and ammo efficiency if you fire it slowly. This involves training yourself to continue to hold the trigger after you fire and save the trigger-release shot for when you have another target to use it on. 2. Geoff-Jack, I think if you hold left trigger it makes Jack hover closer to the ground, allowing you to hide behind cover when you aren't able to cloak. 3. You can get pistol and grenade ammo off of enemies if you pick them up as a meatshield. It's dependent on if you have the same pistol and grenades as the enemy. 4. Finally, this is an older Gears' tip that I'm not sure if it applies to Gears 5 but its worth a try. I believe your AI teammates have unlimited ammo, so if you give them a good weapon, like a Boomshot, they'll infinitely whip rockets out onto the battlefield with reckless abandon. Even if the unlimited ammo thing doesn't work, you can use them as a backpack to carry around weapons you might want to use later. Good luck guys.
