His father, a respected guard, served under the Jarl's command, and from a young age, David was captivated by the tales of valor and bravery that filled Dragonsreach. Aspiring to follow in his father's footsteps, David trained rigorously, mastering the art of combat and honing his skills with a sword and shield.
One fateful day, a dragon attacked Whiterun, and the guards were called to defend the city. David's father fell in the battle, but not before saving countless lives. Inspired by his father's sacrifice, David swore an oath to protect Whiterun and its people. He pledged his service to Jarl Balgruuf and became one of the most dedicated and reliable warriors in Dragonsreach.
Now, as a follower, David seeks to honor his father's legacy by aiding those who defend Skyrim against its many threats, always with the memory of his father's bravery guiding him.
