The END of God of War

Here it is!

This is it, the end of the series! This will have such a special place in my heart. This game brought so many new people to the channel and I loved finding out why so many people were passionate about this game and the franchise!

Thank you for watching it all the way through and giving me all of your honest opinions, help and support!

I include a small reaction to the Ragnarok trailer in this, I'm excited to hear all your thoughts about the upcoming game! Also, thank you in advance for respecting my mini review and opinion overall, friendly discussions are welcome!

PS I recorded and totally forgot to add in the clip of me trying out NG+ on Give me God of War difficulty, LOL, will have to upload that on MoreSymbalily (the second channel - this name will probably change a lot because I am the most indecisive person :) enjoy)

The END of God of War

Comments

I discovered you via this series because I've sought out and watched a few, (said "too many"), Let's Plays of GoW (2018), simply because I love reliving this game through other's reactions to it! Due to your laid back nature, and lovely commentary throughout, I now place you within my top three Let's Players I like to watch, right along side Beukie and Strawberry Farmer. Funny enough, Beukie works in a similar industry as you, doing set design for TV and movies. I started watching your play-through of GoW by watching each of your videos as they came out, but was unfortunately distracted around your 12th episode due to becoming addicted to playing No Man's Sky, and later Horizon: Forbidden West, that I only now finished watching your GoW play-through. You actually did really well, despite your misgivings in learning the controls. I have no doubt playing two series at the same time probably slowed down the learning curve a bit. To be expected. And that said, you adapted very well. I thought your combat was actually really good. As I've said, I've watch a few of these play-throughs on this game now and you are closer to the better players than the poor players. I'm a little saddened your playing of this game was met with a bit of negativity, but I really want to emphasize this point to you: Do not judge whether or not you are letting down your viewers based upon these comments. For this series and/or any upcoming popular game series. The negative comments do not properly reflect viewership enjoyment for a couple reasons. One; Negative, or selfish people who believe you should play the game exactly as they did, are the type of people more likely to make comments because of their own selfishness and their senseless need for control. This may create an imbalance in the comment section leaning towards negative comments. Given your subscriber numbers and total views, you can very safely say that for every negative comment there are literally thousands of people who enjoyed watching you, just the way you are! Secondly; More accurately, your total views on each of your videos in this series closely hovers around your subscriber number. Whether or not all these views are solely your subscribers doesn't matter, but to have that many views consistently per episode shows you're doing something right. If people didn't like the way you were playing, or felt you were not entertaining at all, those views would drop off exponentially each concurrent video, until your later videos would have very few views. This is not the case. Your viewership stayed consistent throughout. This says a lot with regards to how people feel about you, your commentary and your play style. I don't know what your YT statistics says about your views and viewing length, but I'd hazard a guess that most of those views watched most, or all of each video they viewed. Careful here though, many people stop watching for various reasons, namely not having the time to fully watch the video in one sitting. However, I do know that the most of the GoW fandom usually prefer 1.5 to 2hr videos. I also don't know if Youtube tracks whether someone who could only watch half the video one time, then continue later another time, as a video watched fully or only watched half way both times. So stats there could be skewed if you're showing a lot of half watched videos, and so on. Anyway, I was going to place this comment right on your Youtube video comment section, but decided, for all your hard work, (and most people don't realize how time consuming and tedious editing videos is), that I would instead join your Patreon and support your efforts a little. Thank you for being you. You are an exceptionally lovely and caring person and I, for one, never find your ramblings in your videos to be unentertaining. In fact, even on those videos where you were concerned because you were tired, or under the weather, you actually keep up a nice commentary throughout. You are doing well, in my opinion. Keep it up! P.s. - Really pleased you included the reaction to the Ragnarok trailer. Can't wait for the game to come out!

Thank you Amber for such an incredible journey! I’m glad that you enjoyed the game and the story. Bloodborne and this play through helped me find your channel and made me want to be a patron. Your personality and knowledge are so fun to watch. I’m so happy this community is growing cause you deserve the audience. 🧡 Sorry some asshats are bothering you in the comments. They’ll never be happy. Thank you for sharing your own life and story with your mother.

🤔 Is "But it's the final episode of God of War!!" an acceptable excuse to phone in work?
