FORMER ADOR EMPLOYEE SUES MIN HEEJIN

Former ADOR employee B, who has accused CEO Min Hee-jin of covering up sexual harassment within the company, has taken legal action against her. On the 23rd, Monthly Chosun reported that B filed both civil and criminal complaints against CEO Min, citing violations of the Labor Standards Act, Personal Information Protection Act, and the dissemination of false information. Additionally, B reported CEO Min and Executive A to the Ministry of Employment and Labor for unfair labor practices.
The conflict between B and CEO Min began when allegations surfaced that Executive A had covered up sexual harassment claims. CEO Min was accused of defending Executive A and neglecting the victim, B. As the controversy escalated, CEO Min denied the accusations, claiming her account had been "distorted."
In response, B publicly challenged CEO Min's statements through interviews with various media outlets, including Xports News. The situation worsened when Executive A informed B that he would "withdraw the apology."
In an interview with Monthly Chosun, B revealed, "I was willing to stop if I received a sincere apology and Representative Min corrected the facts, but I changed my mind after the apology was retracted and I received threats of a lawsuit from the vice-chairman."
B expressed frustration over CEO Min's silence, stating, "I requested a sincere apology and correction of the facts, but since then, there has been no response. Instead, CEO Min has only been active on social media."

2024-08-27 14:56:33 +0000 UTCI'm up super early and see articles saying Min Hee Jin has resigned but than it says she is leaving her position as CEO but remaining with Adore as Eexcutive Director of Adore. I feel it's a start but not the end result needed or wanted which would her being gone and not involved in Adore or Hybe in any capacity.
