SOURCE: https://www.osen.co.kr/article/G1112382342

TLDR VERSION:

While Ador CEO Min Hee-jin claimed that Source Music copied her launching strategy while clarifying the suspicions of New Jeans member theft, Source Music refuted this through an official statement.

On the 23rd, Source Music posted a lengthy statement through their official channel, saying, “This is an announcement from Source Music.”

On this day, Source Music stated, “The statement distributed today by CEO Min Hee-jin of Adore contained false claims regarding Source Music, so we have no choice but to tell you the exact facts.” They continued, “First, CEO Min Hee-jin’s claim that Source Music copied her launching strategy is false. Source Music never copied Min Hee-jin’s launching strategy at the time, and we have never acknowledged CBO Min’s complaints.”

He continued, “Second, Chairman Bang Si-hyuk’s opinion on the launch strategy proposed by then CBO Min Hee-jin in May 2020 was to actualize the proposal through a ‘new team’ in the label that CBO Min would establish, not through Team N.”

Source Music explained, “Although CEO Min was well aware of the discussions at the time, he is distorting the facts as if Chairman Bang had suggested that he implement his launching strategy through Team N.” They continued, “CEO Min Hee-jin is continuously spreading false information about Source Music, and we would like to inform you that in addition to the damages lawsuit we previously filed against CEO Min, we plan to respond strongly with legal action regarding this matter.”

Source Music added, “We are willing to disclose the materials we have at any time when necessary to clearly determine the truth.”

Meanwhile, Adore, represented by Min Hee-jin, denied the allegations of stealing the members of New Jeans through an official statement today (23rd), claiming, “It is very different from the actual facts that the debut of N Team was indefinitely postponed due to CEO Min Hee-jin’s inaction. Because the launching strategy of New Jeans, which Source Music had given feedback as being difficult to implement, was copied by Source Music and is being discussed again, discussions on R&R and production timelines between each company were bound to be difficult.”

CEO Min Hee-jin’s claim that Source Music copied her launch strategy is false. Source Music has never copied Min Hee-jin’s launch strategy at the time, and has never acknowledged her complaints.

The opinion that Chairman Bang Si-hyuk gave in May 2020 regarding the launch strategy proposed by then-CBO Min Hee-jin was that the proposal should be realized through a 'new team' in the label that CBO Min would establish, not through Team N. Although CEO Min was well aware of the discussion at the time, she is distorting the facts as if Chairman Bang suggested that her launch strategy be realized through Team N.

As CEO Min Hee-jin continues to spread false information about Source Music, we would like to inform you that we will take strong legal action against this case in addition to the damage compensation lawsuit we previously filed against her. We also express our intention to disclose the materials we possess at any time when necessary to clearly determine the truth.

First time I'm hearing that, most of those fan news sties like Koreaboo, Pannchoa etc spread lots of false gossip & many of them spread negative false news about BTS like them being in a cult etc when the MHJ audit shenanigans all started and seem biased to MHJ or whatever she says. I don't trust anyone who can't provide legit receipts & documents, it's just a bunch of he said she said rumors with nothing concrete to back it up. That being said someone posted on twitter with documents but it's the first time I'm seeing it from anyone, I can't read Korean, I've not seen any others post about it yet & the account I find is somewhat questionable as it's a newish account we definitely don't need people spreading more lies or fake information there is so much already so wanted to ask Fairlane if this information is legit?https://x.com/jjinjins/status/1817637760511226273

HEY i just heard some news from a korean "fan maybe" news site. who said that the results of Hybe and bpd and the conglamorate was all false. can you maybe talk about that next? if it´s true or not. it´s a brand new story so maybe other haven´t yet found out about it

Yes that really pissed me off considering her media campaigns during NJ debut using "BTS' little Sisters" etc. The girls weren't even in Ador yet but were Source music trainees. If you go look at reactions to PTD on youtube so many people were pointing out the girls saying "hey by the way their from new jeans..." that was another from of promo for them, there are people who checked them out after learning the members were featured in that MV.

I hope Source wins this case cause seriously, everytime I read an article about Hybe and Ador, the witch is just like spewing nonsense thinking everything and everyone is envy at her and she just blame Hybe for everything they do as if its wrong, like the thing I've read in an article a while ago, she mention that BTS didn't inform her by using NJ in PTD, like the ungrateful bitch she is, my initial reaction was Newjeans wasn't born or even debut the time when PTD was released. She just keeps dragging Hybe and BTS for almost everything as if Newjeans is her property.

My head is spinning. I've lost the who, what, when, and where of this mess. Wake me up when it's over.
