I did something I never do. I watched one of those AI Generated Youtube videos of Superheroes if they existed in the 1950s. You know the deal with this kind of thing so I won't go into a review or recommendation. No character looked the same from one scene to the next, but there was one freeze frame on a... "hulking" She Hulk staring down a Super Woman of human sized proportions. This got me thinking... What about this dynamic but in a pre-war period, when we were on the verge of the Atomic Bomb but hadn't quite got there yet...
