OMG its finally here the long anticipated LCPDFR mod is now in 5M with alot of differences and whole lot of potential.

Three Versions that are being worked on

1. Non ELS Variant, three part message that you can turn on/off in the extras
2. FiveVMS, a variant of VMS+ but in 5M, the Emissive used in VMS are paint liveries, and repsond different in game cause its a paint emissive versus a vehiclie light emissives, as such your visual mods wont overtake this one. and board should alwys be readable.
you have 30 messages you can choose from, by changing the vehicles livery.
30 three part messages and on the Hero Truck you can toggle off/on parts of the messages.
3. uses stream native in 5m to stream anything to the board including yt videos, cutoms textures and gifs.
