Just passing through to tell you all that I am sorry that some of you misinterpreted my meaning on the last post. I didn’t mean the update would be done in two days, I meant the writing… which is done, yes.

That being said… here is Skaal! That took some time to do… After doing all that, I though about her actual involvement in this part of the game… and it is really small. I mean, not plotwise, but battle wise. Well, at least the battler is done… : P

Anyway, I will be sending my artist all the new face sets, body battlers (you know, from the fight mini-game) and the new HCGs positions for my artist today or tomorrow.

Skaal’s gameplay:

Skaal is a caster (so keep her in the back) who makes contracts with the gods. She can’t make two at the same time. While she has a contract she can use a different “base” attack, as well as different skills (you have to learn them separately).

She will have 12 working contracts (god help me), each of them having 3 learnable skills and focusing on a different aspect.

I wanted to talk/explain more about magic and gods in general, but I refrained from doing so in this update, because as you know, Jack’s path is optional and I didn’t want the players to miss this conversation independent of their chosen route.

I will probably explain more in the next one… Now I am going to party, see you guys, good week.
