After playing this game over and over again.. I figured that the grinding is quite tedious. sorry I didn't address this sooner. Now after I made this project my life priority, I've been tidying up everything. Even the annoying bugs...
Okay, back to the grinding problem, I'm going to make a lot of balancing in the game. which means there will be some changes to the cost of the transactions in the game, the earnings that the player gets, and the Combat system. Here are the list:
1. The costs to study all Codex-Set in the library (to increase your dirty skill stat).
2. The cost of every items that's sold in Styx the broken's shop. Including the sexy female garment cost. The sooner you can unlock the job to be a strip-dancer, the better.
3. Shortening the dialogue while you do strip-dancing in the club. and of course increasing the credits that you'll get from patrons.
4. Adding a little art while you clean Vugnog's bar. And you'll earn more credits after.
5. Make the combat against chaos sister and daemonette much easier and more rewarding (So you can make them your cashcow).
As I want to get more serious in the main-story-making, I think there's no need to do all the grinding. So, for this Feb update (the V 0.26), I'm gonna cut all the bullshit.
Beside, I'm thinking to re-arrange the whole story sequence from the beginning as we're gonna go deeper into the story and the branching options for players. For the next update, you can even trigger the exterminatus if you make the wrong the choice. Which means, "Game Over".
The female protag...
As some of my beloved patrons suggested, I'm thinking to make the main-character install her own mechanical prosthetic with the help of Karol. You know... something like mechanical-prosthetic-that-you-place-between-your-legs will do. So, if you have any cool design idea for this kind of equipment, please send it to me. After that, you can of course re-visit the Dark Eldar in the alleyway and try again with her.

A good suggestion, we will see if we can come up with a story and game assets for a nice side quest

2021-02-11 10:42:57 +0000 UTCIf you can tie in the various things to unlocking through quests and story options and not by spending money at all that would be grand. For example we can find the stripper uniform, buy the striper uniform, or do a quest for Styx to get it for free would be nice.

Just day after day after day of getting 3 coins, building up to the hundred+ to get the story moving was just... well, yeah. So, hearing that the grind is going to be greatly worked on makes me incredibly happy. I've loved the game so far and can't wait to see more. I've not played the last couple updates due to the grind, but can't wait for the new release with those fixes so I can go see all the new content (new to me, anyway).
