Remember they was staking out Bodie waiting for him to dispose of a phone and then McNulty said "fuck it, there's an easier way, let's go to the bar" and then they left? Avon pulled up like 30 seconds later. That was a message of impatience. That happens a lot on the show where they show a character missing an important moment by seconds by either being impatient or lazy lol.
