1 Hour Summer Solstice Breathwork Journey | Live in Mallorca
Added 2025-06-25 15:00:13 +0000 UTCI'm excited to share this exclusive 1 hour breathwork journey with you here on Patreon, filmed and recorded during my recent Summer Solstice workshop in Mallorca.
We had a beautiful time coming together for this 2 hour event, joined by people from all over the world. I truly hope some of you can make it to one of our future gatherings on this magical island.
For this session, I teamed up with Hernan Livolsi, a talented and well-known musician here in Mallorca, to create a 1-hour rhythmic breathwork journey. Each round featured a different song, but everything else was fully improvised. The length of the rounds and breath retentions flowed intuitively, with me giving subtle cues that Hernan followed beautifully.

Length: 1 Hour of Breathing + 15 minutes of meditation
Rounds: 6
Breath holds: Exhale and inhale
Breath retentions: Just hold as long as feels comfortable, there are no set times.
Breathing type: Inhale through nose exhale through mouth
intention: to provide a live set for those who cannot come to Mallorca one day.

As someone new to this work, on the second and third rounds when you exhale and then hold, do you fully exhale, partial exhale leaving some air in the belly? I am not sure if I am "doing it right?" if there is such. thing, I can hold for longer with some air in the belly but not sure if that is right?
