Hop and Skip are Guibé’s mantella frogs; they are only about an inch long and are black and green. They are only about ten months old and eat pinhead crickets. Bioactive enclosures are great for them, so having plants and springtails--tiny bugs that help keep things clean--is the way to go!

Only just woke up. Officially returned to my gym yesterday (a strongman/powerlifting gym), and now my whole body hurts! I'm guessing there's very little movement in my day today

After 2 very hard weeks at work for both me and the hubby we are relaxing listening to the lord of the rings soundtrack, drinking hot tea with bailey's and playing our favorite video games! Happy lazy Sunday to all!!!

Mamrie - I HAVE to tell you this! A while ago on the pod you mentioned that you didn’t know who went to the opera anymore and that you wish they could have in real life subtitles. Well I’m here to spread the news, that they do! Hi! It’s me! I’m a 25 year old music teacher and I thoroughly enjoy going out to the opera but I love it even more when I know wtf is going on. They usually have a big screen on top of the stage that will tell you the words in English so you can get the full story of how dramatic they are being throughout the entire story 😂
