One of my favorites for letting go of tension and stress always leading to beautiful deep meditations. Each round the breathing time increases by one minute with the 5th round being 5 minutes of powerful breathing.
Length: 30 Minutes of Breathing + 20 Minute Meditation
Rounds: 5
Breath Holds: Exhale
Type: Exhale
Duration: 1:00 | 1:30 | 2:00 | 2:15 | 2:30
Breathing Style: 2 Part inhale 1 part exhale (2 different speeds)
When to Use: When you want to quiet the mind and release any tension or stress in the body
Intention/Purpose: To show that conscious activation leads to relaxation
