Hey everyone!

Big life change recently. It's looking doubtful I'll have the time to keep up 4+ works per month. So I've been thinking about how I should restructure this account.

I don't wanna leave you all in a lurch, either. Instead of going on sudden hiatus, as I've done before, or deactivating/etc - thinking about a planned transition into a structure I can continue to support. This post is the start of thinking about what could make whatever that is really worth it for you, too.

I might retain the monthly subscription, since it gives access to 400+ works. I think that could still be worth it to people, esp. as long as expectations about what you get and production schedule is more clear.

One option is that for newer works I could move away from the monthly structure, and towards a per-item one. That way, you don't end up paying for blank space and always get something for contributing. This would allow be to be able to drip out works as I have time.

Since I'll have much less time, I need to make the time I do spend more valuable as well. This means, possibly, some things I've never really done before, like:

Commissions
Crowdfunded production (put goals behind certain works, and once $ is hit, put in the time for it and release it to everyone)

I get a lot of inbound requests for specific things and can't respond/act on a majority of them. These are appreciated! What I produce is largely guided by the path of least resistance - what assets I have, what can actually render fast enough. Maybe I could start re-evaluating these, too.

Might repackage the works into various bundles, and offer these in a separate store with broader international payment support as well.

Anyway, I am considering changes! If there is something you've always wished I did, then please let me know. This is the time.
