10, 20 and 30 are the only request tiers.
Added 2019-07-11 11:34:20 +0000 UTCPlease, I implore you to read the description of the tier you're in. It's not complicated, it's very clear, it's just that everybody assumes things didn't change despite the many announcements.
Again, if you're not in one of those tiers, regardless of the amount you pledge, you won't get the request reward.
I use those specific tiers to keep the request limited to a certain amount.
I know it's not the perfect solution, but it's not hard to understand either : Read the tier description, if it says "unpublished" maybe you shouldn't stay there. If it's says "All previous rewards EXCEPT REQUESTS(...)", maybe you shouldn't be surprised when you're denied access to the post to submit requests.
