Update v0.66.0 published - eyes, tiles & party

- Added light and dark tile floor to the house and island
- Added looking in directions with shocked eyes
- Added directional shocked eyes to expression editor
- Added /partylimits command to view party member count and limits
- Added ability to request map saving when map is locked
- Added hammer to party icon when map is unlocked
- Added remembering whether map is locked
- Changed "Lock/Unlock Map" action to be a party setting
- Changed building tools to be disabled when map is locked and player is not party leader
- Changed leader-only building actions to be grayed out when player is not party leader
- Improved Russian expression filters
- Fixed some map errors
- Fixed some UI issues
This update comes with increased party limits for supporters!
