Black history month - poll
Added 2023-03-24 22:18:51 +0000 UTCHere are a few options for the second part of the story:
1: So my suggestion would be (since this is a magic one, too!) that she becomes Chantelle for real, body and soul. Her thoughts become just like her speech. She gets with a Jerome (unmarried of course) and has a beautiful black baby, but even more importantly, her “attitude” changes. She no longer cares about academics, and, maybe most importantly, whether she forgets who she used to be or not (up to you), she begins to resent white people, and how they treat “her people”. In other words, she becomes a stereotypical loud, ghetto black chick, with everything that brings.
2: In part two more of the inner would creep in and I think she should start causing her old girl friends to change by reaching out to them before her change is complete and so the ghetto gets new hoes and the school gets far less whites.
3: Chantelle struggles to cope with her new situation until National Hispanic Heritage Month arrives and she becomes Hispanic. She understands how the magic works but she can't go back to her old self because there is no white history month.
