I looked down at my hands, still faintly glowing from the strange new energy pulsing through my veins. My fingers flexed, catching the glint of both light and shadow dancing across my skin, and for a second, I felt a surge of pride. Stronger than ever, maybe stronger than I’d ever imagined I could be. But that pride was fleeting.
I shook my head, trying to push the thoughts away. I knew I should open my system and check my skills. There had to be some new abilities, something to explain the situation I was in now, but this wasn’t the place. We were still outside, far from any crowds, sure, but that didn’t mean we were safe. The world wasn’t exactly short on people with bad timing or too much curiosity for their own good.
I glanced over at Puriel, sleeping soundly in the makeshift bed. Her legs were still open, my semen glistened between her thighs, and the bloodstain on the sheets.
‘I never thought I’d go that crazy with anyone other than Lilieth…’ I admitted to myself, the thought coming with an edge of shame end excitement. ‘No, not just that—I never thought I’d be that rough with her, especially for her first time.’
That hadn’t been the plan. I’d wanted to be gentle, to take things slow. Instead, the hunger had taken over, and everything had spiraled into something raw and primal.
I let out a long breath, dragging a hand through my hair as I scanned the area. No signs of anyone, but I didn’t trust it. We’d made so much noise—constant, loud noises—and it wasn’t impossible that someone might’ve heard us and decided to investigate. Humans were nosy like that.
“Now… time to clean this up,” I muttered under my breath. The sight of her sprawled there only added to my urgency. The last thing I wanted was for anyone to stumble across this scene. I reached down and carefully draped a blanket over her, tucking it around her frame to shield her from the chill.
Bending down, I used my Telekinesis to gather the scattered items—a mug, her dress, and a few other things we’d somehow knocked over in the chaos. They floated to me effortlessly as I held Puriel securely in my arms.
I focused, summoning my portal.
[A portal has opened!]
With a step, I carried her through and arrived at my bedroom. I laid her gently on my bed. She shifted slightly, letting out a soft sigh, but didn’t wake. I pulled the blanket up to cover her fully, giving her the comfort and rest she deserved.
The items I’d brought floated from my grip, settling neatly into place—the mugs back on the table, her dress on the edge of the bed, folded and ready for her when she woke. I paused for a moment, staring down at her peaceful form. Her chest rose and fell steadily, her face serene, and despite the chaos of the night, she looked content.
I couldn’t help but let out a dry laugh. “What the hell have I gotten myself into?” I muttered, more to myself than anyone else.
Turning to the mirror near me, I stared at my new form. Here I was, standing in my room with glowing hands and six wings—half angel, half demon. My hair was a mess and my body was reek of sex and arousal. Not to mention, an angel sleeping in my bed after a night of… well, complete insanity. It felt surreal, like some twisted fever dream.
I flicked my fingers. ‘Human form.’ I shifted back into my human form. My Demon's Clothes wrapped around me in an instant, appearing as if summoned from thin air.
‘Right… I need to clean up another mess,’ I thought, glancing over at Puriel again, wondering if I could fuck her again.
“Alright, focus,” I said under my breath, snapping myself out of the spiral.
The second step was getting rid of the evidence up here on the mountain. I opened my portal again and returned. With a wave of my hand, I started clearing things out. The damp bed sheet—stained with sweat, blood, and… other things—floated around me. That thing was going straight into the laundry when I got back.
The makeshift bed itself? That was a bit trickier. I opened a portal to Camila’s resort, dropping it off in one of her storage rooms. She’d mentioned before that she didn’t mind handling my “odd requests,” and this definitely qualified.
‘Camila,’ I said through telepathy, ‘I’m leaving the bed and tables at your resort. Can you take care of them for me?’
Her voice came through almost instantly. ‘Of course. Just leave it to me.’
‘Yeah, just hold onto it for now,’ I replied, already focused on my next task. ‘Thanks.’
After everything was done, I plopped down on the bed beside her with a long, tired huff. My muscles ached in the best way, but my mind was still racing.
Staring up at the ceiling, I let out a slow breath, trying to process everything. My body still tingled with the aftermath of last night—exhaustion mixed with this strange, lingering energy that made me feel alive in a way I couldn’t fully explain.
‘Status.’

I blinked at the stats, letting the information sink in. My STR had jumped by +100, and my INT had gotten a significant boost too, not to mention a few smaller increases across the board. The changes weren’t just impressive—they were insane. It felt like my whole body had been upgraded, even beyond the usual post-level-up boost. The transformation into a Nephilim had pushed me into an entirely different league.
“Damn,” I muttered under my breath, sitting up slightly as I continued analyzing the numbers. “This is… ridiculous.”
I scrolled down, checking my skills.
