WIP 06 (Inking + Colouring + Toning )
Added 2017-02-16 13:30:00 +0000 UTCFor this panel I do what I usually do, inking with a bright colour then bring the brightness down 100% to make it black, use another bright colour then select areas and fill it in with the appropriate colour.
For toning I use a basic tones filter so that I can control how strong the tones should be, then after applying it I edit the settings and then lower the opacity to around 30% or a 50%.
