It's supposed to be pumped by the trout, but yes, a bit more detail or some colour variance could go a long way toward distinguishing the region

Her labia minora looks like a second labia majora which is kind of disturbing to look at. The sketch suffered from this issue less, though still looks kind of weird. Otherwise it looks great.
