(Sketch) Usopp + some small updates

This Usopp sketch actually made me realize that the framing of the Zoro WIP that I posted earlier was a bit rough so I'm gonna have to go back on that and actually put it back the way I had it in the initial sketch, it just works better there honestly. It'll require redoing the linework but that'll be fine, it'll turn out better.
Also a small update on the animation stuff: I've been having trouble getting stuff started on it (doing Hornet first btw) mainly because I keep not practicing like an idiot and knowledge on how to do things properly keeps leaking out of my ears. Not going to give up on it though, it's just taking a bit more time than I thought to get into gear for that I guess.
