Changes in Stamp Terms and Conditions

After considering realistic workload, i have made some changes to the Stamp points terms. Here are the rundown of what has changed:
1. Stamp points are only given to 300JPY supporters and above.
2. 12 (instead of 6) stamps are required to retrieve free artwork (5000JPY Art Requests)
3. Free artwork 5000JPY terms and conditions will include FANs allowing to choose preferred theme and pose.
4. FANs who sent their requests/commissions on January 2022 and February 2022 will be given +4 stamps each to compensate with the new terms.
