Subaru is probably my favorite depiction of a character with Depression in all of Anime (alongside Shoya Ishida from the Film A Silent Voice).

While Crunchyroll has S1 Break times, unfortunately for S2 and S3 there is no official release with subtitles for those break times. You’ll have to look for them else where with fansubs.

A basic rundown of what she says: - The Witch of Envy consumed the other witches of sin and drained half the world dry - It's said that she does not understand Human Language - It's said that she was starved for Love - It's said that her body doesn't weaken or die - It's said that altho she was sealed away by the power of a hero, a sage and a dragon.. they weren't able to destroy her flesh. Notice that Beatrice always says "it is said." I think Beatrice knows that what she is saying is what was given in the history books or passed down in legends.. so even she doesn't know what she is saying is true or not. You're right that it was said in passing by Crusch in Season 1 that Satella created the great mabeast - The White Whale. But if what we're being told this episode is true.. then it means that it was actually Daphne who created the Whale. The history books has simply chosen to blame the Whale's creation on Satella. Probably as an easy target since she was the one who consumed half the world.
