September Update

Hello everyone! I hope that everyone is having a good start of the month!

Warning ahead of time that this may be a bit of a chunky update, but I'll do my best to section things off so you can read what's most pertinent to you as a patron.

Overall updates

This month is going to be very, very busy for me. My usual schedule has been thoroughly uprooted as I've moved and now started classes part-time again. Alongside this, I'm on a bit of a crunch as I prepare for the launch of NPCs Can Save the World Too! Things are a bit up in the air for how I'm going to tackle everything and just generally how busy I'll be with one thing or another.

I'll be completely transparent and say that I'm currently not taking any break days from work this month to make sure everything is finished in a timely manner alongside school work and patreon content. I hope that doesn't sound like I'm being unhealthy either. I do usually try to give myself a day or so each week as a complete de-stress/break day, but even beyond that I do take breaks every day ^^. I am careful not to burn myself out!

 Due to this, there will likely be no art compilation for this month. I don't think I'll be doing enough personal art this month to warrant an entire compilation post so you'll just be seeing drawings up as I go if I can get many done. I will do my upmost to continue to provide exclusive content here regardless, but I ask for your patience with me this month.

This is more of a side note, but for those who've been a patron for a long time, y'all probably have seen my habit of excitedly wanting to work on a project and then... not being able to do it. I'm painfully aware that I'm the type that bites off more than he can chew and I'm doing my best to be mindful and fix that. You'll likely only hear me talk about a project once I've already begun works on it so you can be assured that it's actually being worked on. I understand it's highly irresponsible of me to potentially offer something and then not go forward with it. I apologize if I've ever disappointed y'all in the past in this regard.

Patron Tier Specific updates

$1 Tier

$3 Tier+

As a part of preparation for the webcomic launch, I'm making a new cover image for the story. Some of y'all may remember the old one, but since there have been quite a few updates to character designs (and improvements in my own art), I'm planning to make a new one! I wanted to include y'all in that process as well. I'll be making thumbnails for concepts and I'd like to ask y'all to vote on them as well as aspects of the piece. You will likely see updates on this later in the month after I get through some other side-projects.

Due to the fact that I have no current comics or side comics being made due to my work with NPC, I will be opening up a few sketch requests soon as a thank you for your support even. I'll have a post in the future with a form you can fill out.

$5 and $10 Tiers

Similarly, I wanted to thank y'all for your support in this tier. I'll also be taking a few sketch requests. With these, I'm making them specifically NSFW. If you're interested in a SFW one, you will have to fill out that form. There will also be a dedicated post to this in the coming week.

If time permits, I'd like to include monthly sketch requests as an additional reward for y'all. 

Patreon Rewards Moving Forward

I've been considering my own work and the feasibility of what I can do. I do want to give y'all exclusive content and will do my upmost best to always provide that. That being said, I also don't want to fail on giving what I promise or offer things that I can't even do on a monthly basis. I'll be doing a rework of rewards to clarify what can be expected from me as a reward on a monthly basis.

Likely, as things are going, most things will go unchanged beyond rewording things, the inclusion of sketch requests, and taking a few things out such as the inclusion of master studies and tutorials as explicit rewards (they will be up here when I make them, but they are not frequent enough to warrant mentioning imo). If you have any things you want to see from me specifically, I'd love to know. Your recommendations and critiques are very much welcomed!

And honestly as a whole, I'd like to rework the look of my patreon. That's something for the future though. It would certainly be cute to have updated patreon tier icons and a new banner ^^ 

100 Patron Special Illustration

The illustration(s) are in progress, but they're being placed on the back burner a bit. I hope y'all understand! I do want to say clearly that it absolutely is not being forgotten. I am very much still working on it. It is just... painfully tedious to create illustrations with the intention to cut them for animating.
