HEY

HI I'M BACK HOME HELLO FRIEND

IT WAS AN EXHAUSTING TRIP BUT EVERYTHING WENT WELL MORE OR LESS HOW IS IT HALF PAST 7PM ALREADY IT'S SO DAMN HOT AND BRIGHT OUTSIDE

So here's the deal:

The stable build
Puro currently lacks a stable build, but all that's left to do is fix another set of bugs and better arrange the tutorial-like area with actual button prompts. With the prototyping for the game's base movement mechanics figured out and stable build released, we'll be moving on to the OTHER half of the game's gameplay: combat! Which means...

New enemies! Mean ones!!
Though seemingly uninhabited, the factory is by no means inactive, as it's occupied by ancient robots tentatively named "Dolls." Though still lacking any sort of self-awareness, Dolls are more intelligent and aggressive than their drone brethren, and actually constitute the majority of the game's enemies. After the stable build is released, I will be focusing on implementing the Dolls

New potential gimmicks are now listed on the public buglist!!??

The buglist is listed on the posts for builds, linked at the very top. Much like gameplay tweaks, I will also be seeking feedback on these!

Changes to Patreon's billing:
New patrons will now be charged up front, effective immediately. If you are an existing patron, who has already been charged this month, you will not be charged again. This is to prevent people from pledging, getting access to the newest build, and deleting their pledge without having to pay anything!! I will look into making a public build at some point in the future once the patron build is further developed.
