This save file is for RPCS3 emulator. So technically it is for PC.
Just extract the files to ...\(rpcs3 folder)\dev_hdd0\home\00000001\savedata
E.g. D:\rpcs3-v0.0.19\dev_hdd0\home\00000001\savedata

- all CHARACTERS lv 100 and max proficiency!
- all TREASURES/ACCESORIES acquired!
- all HORSES/MOUNTS acquired!
- all WALLPAPERS unlocked!
- all STRATEGY CARDS in Duel mode!
- all MYSTIC REQUESTS UNLOCKED!!!

You don't like my save file? Try unlocking every single content in the game from scratch, maybe you can do it in less than 400 hours. It's really tedious to promote every character in this game so I will update the rest of the characters some other time. 😎
