Warning about Apple Pay !

Apple is requiring Patreon to use their in-app payment system in order to comply with their App Store policies. This means purchases made from our iOS app using Apple in-app payment will be subject to Apple’s 30% App Store fee. From this fee neither Patreon nor I get anything paid out.
That means by subscribing via iOS app using Apple Pay you have to pay 30% more than with other payment methods. If you can't choose any other payment method probably you can subscribe on a desktop computer instead of the iOS App.

This fee charged by Apple Pay is significantly higher than the fee retained by Patreon to operate this platform. I don't think this is appropriate and would therefore like to inform you about and how to avoid it.
