Quick update on how I’ll be handling sets and bundles going forward.

I’m continuing to archive on the current 2-month basis for the next two months while we build up to the new system. Once we hit the 6-month point, I’ll switch to the new process.

How the new system works

Every 6 months I will close and archive all the sets released during that 6-month window, and then offer those archived sets together as one bundle. Important note: this is cascading. That does not mean every set stays available for 6 months. Instead, once a 6-month window ends, every set released inside that window is closed at that same archive cutoff. So the earlier a set is released in the window, the longer it stays available; the later a set is released, the shorter its availability will be.

Example to make it simple

If a window runs January 1 to June 30, a set released January 1 stays open until June 30 (about 6 months). A set released June 1 only stays open until June 30 (about 1 month), though I’ll provide a small grace period (a month or so), so it isn’t cut off quite that quickly.

Other details

Release schedule won’t change. You will still get releases on the same timeline.

When archived, the sets from each 6-month window will be sold as a single bundle, and those bundles will be a lot cheaper than buying each set one by one on the Payhip store. So bundles will be the most affordable way to catch up if you miss releases.
