My New Laptop doesnt charge this morning!

Phone is still not working just keeps going mental. flashing through all the apps on occasion.
I can't believe this..

2022-09-01 13:32:00 +0000 UTCfor the laptop, if it says "plugged in but not charging" then theres a chance that it would still charge when plugged in but turned off, altho that depend on the specific. it usually happen when the laptop is unable to validate the power brick capacity (which isnt really following a standard in most cases). In those cases the laptop will only pull the bare minimum from the power brick to avoid overdrawing which often mean no charging when the laptop is on. more likely than not, its the powerbrick, or more precisely the cable on it but can never be 100% sure without spare to test.
